Fast delivery, good items

Ordered some gel pens and a notebook. Got them in 4 days. Quality is good. Will buy again.

Love my new diffuser!

I finally got the ultrasonic aroma diffuser and some essential oils! It's fantastic. The design is so clean and it works perfectly. I'm already thinking about what else I need from them. Definitely shopping here again soon!

Great value on stationery

I was looking for some new Gelschreiber and found a good deal here. The price for a pack was much better than I've seen elsewhere, and the quality is excellent. They write smoothly and don't smudge. For the cost, it was definitely worth it. I'm always trying to save a bit, and this felt like a smart purchase.

Good quality, delivery a bit slow

I ordered the Ultraschall Aroma Diffusor and a few Ätherische Öle. The diffuser works great and looks very sleek, fitting into my minimal aesthetic perfectly. The oils smell authentic and last a long time. My only minor gripe was that the delivery took about 6 days to get to Berlin, which felt a little long compared to other online stores I use. Packaging was secure though, no damage.

Consistent Muji quality

This was my third order from Muji, and they're always reliable. I picked up some more Polypropylen Aufbewahrungsboxen and a couple of those Notizbücher aus Recyclingpapier. The boxes are just as sturdy and stackable as the ones I bought last year, and the notebooks have that familiar smooth paper I love. Delivery was quick, arriving in 4 days this time, which was a nice improvement from my first order. It's why I keep coming back, can always count on their products.

Decent purchase, some minor points

I bought one of their hard-shell suitcases for an upcoming trip. The overall shopping experience was quite good; the website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about 8 days, but it did arrive safely. The suitcase itself seems very sturdy and well-made, exactly what I expected from Muji. My only minor point would be that the tracking information wasn't updated as frequently as other retailers, which made me a bit anxious. But for the price and product quality, I'm satisfied.

Consistently good experience

I've bought from Muji several times now, mostly for their stationery and some homeware. My most recent order included some right-angle socks and a couple of their essential oils. This experience was just as consistent as my previous ones. The order was processed fast, and delivery was prompt, arriving in about 4 days. The quality of their products is always reliable; the socks are comfortable and the oils smell great. It's why I keep coming back – I know what to expect and they always deliver.

Smooth process, good quality items

I ordered a set of gel ink pens, a notebook, and a linen bed sheet during a recent Muji Week. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received a confirmation email quickly. Delivery took about 6 days to reach my address in Texas, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was secure, and all items arrived in perfect condition. The pens write smoothly, and the bed sheet feels very high-quality and soft after washing. I haven't needed to contact customer support, so I can't comment on that, but overall, the quality of the products met my expectations. The minimalist design is a plus, fitting well with my aesthetic.

Good value for a first buy

I was looking for some storage solutions and heard good things about Muji's minimalist style. I picked up a few polypropylene storage boxes during their end-of-season sale. The discount was pretty decent, making the overall price point very attractive. Everything arrived well-packaged and was exactly as described. For the quality and the price I paid, it felt like a smart purchase. I'd definitely check out their sales again for future needs.
